The location is fantastic, just a block away from the main square. The room was spacious and well-decorated, located in the inner courtyard, so street noise was minimal. I appreciated the charming arches and the relaxing ambiance created by the swimming pools and fountains at night. Breakfast was a highlight, with both menu options and a delicious buffet on different days. However, service at the restaurant was a bit disappointing. During busy mornings, there was only one waiter for a large number of guests, which led to long waits. Air conditioning in the room was quite loud, making it hard to sleep. Overall, the hotel provides a wonderful atmosphere but needs to improve on restaurant service during peak hours.

The air conditioning was loud. There was no nearby parking, forcing me to trek about ten minutes carrying my stuff. Breakfast service felt chaotic. Only one waiter was managing orders for 30 people, leading to long waits. They offer no buffet option. Stains on linens and a moldy smell in the room weren't great either. The pool did not appear very clean during my stay, raising concerns about hygiene.

I loved the fine colonial architecture that captures the essence of the region. The hammock area by the beautifully landscaped pool provided the perfect retreat to unwind after exploring. Being just steps from the main square made strolling around so convenient-it felt like the heart of the action!

The beds were comfortable, and the location
is ideal for exploring Valladolid, just steps from the main square. While our extension request was met with kindness, the breakfast service left a lot to be desired. Overall, a pleasant stay but with room for improvement.

Charming stay in Valladolid
The warm ambiance of the inner courtyard and beautiful garden areas created a delightful retreat. Despite some hiccups, I enjoyed the lovely decor and comfy beds.
The breakfast experience was quite frustrating due to the slow service. With only one waiter for a busy morning, my order took forever to arrive.

Charming Experience with Minor Hiccups
The colonial architecture truly captured the essence of the region. I enjoyed a quiet evening by the pool, but wish there had been a nearby shower for cleanliness. The location offered easy access to vibrant markets, making exploration hassle-free. Consider joining their tours for an authentic glimpse of local culture.
